user name change Windows TS 2003

   We have Windows Server 2016 domain controllers and are running Windows 2003 Terminal Servers for an old application. We will be changing user names for a O365 migration but the profiles on the 2003 server do not change and a new TS profile is being created. There are custom security settings to get some custom excel reports to run that are set on these individual profiles to access a database. Will ForensiT be able migrate the Windows 2003 user profile to the new profile after the name change.
