Users who have Office documents stored in OneDrive/SharePoint can receive the following error in the associated Office app when opening these files:
Sorry, we couldn't open 'https://<office site>/path/to/officedocument.extension'. Opening the documents online via the browser will work correctly. A workaround is to open the document online, then save a copy of the document. You can then delete the existing "broken" document and rename the copy. The better fix is to delete or rename the Office Document Cache folder that got transferred with TransWiz. The folder is located at: %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\Office\16.0\OfficeFileCache Once this folder is deleted/renamed the problematic documents will open correctly. If there's an OfficeFileCache folder under older version-specific folders (e.g. 14.0 or 15.0 instead of 16.0), you'll want to remove/rename these as well to allow older versions of Office to work correctly as well. Would be good if these OfficeFileCache folders could be excluded automatically from the transfer process in TransWiz, rather than having to remember to do this after a transfer.
